Your founding rate stays at £10 a month for as long as you remain continuously subscribed. A 10% platform commission applies to completed services.
Billing begins immediately when checkout succeeds, then renews monthly until you cancel through Manage billing. This is a prelaunch membership, not a deferred charge.
Active test memberships and pending test checkout reservations only; not real paid membership totals. Unpaid places expire after 24 hours. Demo profiles never count.

Straight answers
- What does the £10 actually cover?
- Your professional profile, portfolio, service editor and availability preparation now. Client bookings and deposits are coming later, with no guaranteed date, clients or income.
- Can clients reschedule?
- Yes, at least 24 hours before the current appointment, subject to availability. Their deposit carries over, with no rescheduling fee. Within 24 hours they can request support review without automatically cancelling.
- Do you take a cut of my bookings?
- Yes — 10%. We keep 10% of the service price on completed services, taken from the 30% deposit we collect. The rest of the deposit is paid out to you, and you collect the remaining balance on the day. Client cancellation or no-show: the full collected deposit goes to you, with no commission. Stylist cancellation or no-show: full client deposit refund, no commission or payout.
- Who holds the deposit?
- Deposits are collected through the platform's payment provider and passed to you. They come off the client's balance, which they pay you directly on the day.
- What if I stop paying?
- At the end of membership your public profile is hidden and your founding place is released. No later membership price has been set. Profile editing remains available for preparation; any future restriction needs an explicit policy decision.
- Is the remaining-places number real?
- It counts active test memberships and unexpired test checkout holds, not demo profiles or real customers. Reservations expire if unpaid. Real membership availability will be counted separately when live professional subscriptions are authorized.
- When does billing begin?
- We are recruiting founding stylists. Clients can book ready, real professionals: a published profile, active membership, an active service and opening hours. Membership provides your profile, service editor, portfolio and calendar. No clients or income are guaranteed. £10 recurring monthly: billing begins immediately when checkout succeeds and renews monthly until cancelled through Manage billing. The founding rate lasts while continuously subscribed. At the end of membership your public profile is hidden and your founding place is released; no replacement price has been set. Future completed appointments carry a 10% service-value commission.
